They were amazing upon check-in despite the failed code. They were responsive as soon as I messaged them and the place was exactly as I’d pictured. I’d go back again!

The street parking was good; but could be tricky if there is a lot of snow on the street. The basement suite itself is very clean, I particularly liked the ability to adjust the temperature in each bedroom. There was a dog upstairs but it only barked a couple times - not at all an issue. The beds are very firm, but bedding was fresh and clean. Lots of pillows. I am accustomed to beds having a fitted sheet - so the lack there of was odd but not a big deal. May need additional towels and face cloths, but I only stayed one night so I didn’t have to ask. The host is very responsive so I am sure they would fulfill any requests necessary to enhance your stay.

This property is clean and comfortable, yet the sound proofing between upper and lower floor are non existent, the residents upstairs have a crated dog which was very upset and vocal all times of the day, one evening until 1:30am. Making for a restless trip. Sorry to say this experience will defer me from Vrbo listings
