Completed at the end of 2025, this brand-new 4+ bedroom, 4 bathroom home offers two wings, each with its own master suite featuring a king bed, stunning lake outlook, and a private ensuite—ideal for two families or couples traveling together. The remaining two king bedrooms share a beautifully finished main bathroom, ensuring comfort for every guest.
At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area showcases the lake through expansive glazing, perfect for quiet mornings, relaxed hosting, or entertaining with ease. High-quality appliances and seamless indoor–outdoor flow elevate every moment.
A separate sleep-out adds flexibility, featuring two bunks (single over double) and its own bathroom—excellent for children, teens, or extra guests.
With no neighbours nearby and only the water at your doorstep, this premium retreat invites you to slow down, savor the quiet, and enjoy a getaway designed for hosting, connection, and pure relaxation.
*Please note - when the property was photographed, the interior of the sleep-out was not complete. You can see the outside of the sleep-out in the photos, to see how close it is to the house. We will have the interior photographed soon.
*As this is a brand new property, please be aware that grass-seed has just been laid at the beginning of December. It will take some time for the lawn to establish.

Parking: 5+ x off street parking, including boat parking. There is no guest access to the garage.
*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups.
