The remaining two king bedrooms share a beautifully finished main bathroom, ensuring comfort for every guest.

*As this is a brand new property, please be aware that grass-seed has just been laid at the beginning of December. It will take some time for the lawn to establish.

Bedroom 5: 2x Sets of bunks, both with a single over a double bed. Please note* this is a sleep-out with it's own bathroom. Both sets of bunks are in one room.



House Rules and Information -



Parking: 5+ x off street parking, including boat parking. There is no guest access to the garage.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups.
