The house is spread over 2 Levels, The upstairs area has the Master Bedroom, with en-suite as well as the main living Kitchen & Dining. The living room has a 75 inch TV with soundbar and a streaming box that guests can log into
The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances ranging from a 5 burner Gas stove to a plumbed refrigerator providing water & ice.
It also boasts a large Balcony at the rear that overlooks multiple holes on the golf course as well as a small balcony at the front with sea views.
The ground floor has four Large bedrooms, three with queen beds and the 4th has two singles. There is also a second living area with a 60 inch TV, as well as a Kitchenette with Bar fridge & coffee machine.
Ground floor also has separate toilet Powder room as well as Bath and a shower.
For convenience there is also an outside shower with hot and cold water to wash the sand away after a long day at the beach.
Both the beach and the Port Hughes Tavern / general store are within easy walking distance
