The Space:

This stunning villa is rich in architectural details highlighting a contemporary style, gorgeously located above the Pacific Ocean in Pedregal, Cabo’s most prestigious community of luxury homes. The villa is inside a private gated area with a guard for added security. The sophisticated design of this villa was perfectly planned to capture the breathtaking beauty of all the natural surroundings, with granite boulders masterfully integrated into the sleek architecture.



Relax in the sitting room with captivating views of the ocean stretching out before you, framed by expansive walls of glass windows. For dining in, there’s a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and if you’d like, we can provide you with a chef to prepare your meals during your stay. For enjoying sit-down meals at home you can dine indoors or outdoors on the terrace with a gentle sea breeze. Enjoy a drink from the bar or from the lavish heated pool and soak in all the sun and beauty the panoramic views have to offer.



Each bedroom features a full ensuite bathroom, A/C, and ocean views. The villa sleeps 8 as such:

Bedroom 1: King Bed, spacious stand-in shower balcony

Bedrooms 2 & 3: Queen Bed, dual vanity, walk-in closet, sofa

Bedroom 4: King Bed, spacious stand-in shower, balcony



If work calls while you’re on vacation, you can retreat to the office, where you have ultra-comfortable seating and a lovely table for working on your laptop. Plus, there’s a multi-functional printer.



So that you don’t miss your daily workout, there’s a fitness room with lots of open floor space, a treadmill, and a wall-mounted TV to keep you entertained while you work out.

The villa is located in a quiet and upscale community where you can enjoy the tranquility of the ocean, the beach, and breathtaking sunsets right from your villa and still be just a short drive from Cabo's vibrant dining and shopping scene and local attractions like the iconic El Arco rock formation and fresh seafood restaurants. And San Jose del Cabo is just a 40-minute drive north. Also, when you book with us, we’ll provide you with a wonderful online guidebook with recommendations to help you navigate the area! Some points of interest and their distances to note:

Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 47 km | 29 miles away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. We also offer a private transportation option for an additional fee. Please let us know. Also, if you arrive by car, there are three parking spaces available at the property.



Other Things to Note:

We offer concierge and the following add-on services for a fee. Just please provide advanced notice:

Villa pre-stocking, private transportation, activities and excursions, golf tee time, fishing boat/yacht rentals, babysitting services, beach attendant, butler, chef, bartender, and in-house spa service.



Daily housekeeping is provided except on Sundays and Mexican holidays.



Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.



We kindly ask all of our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- If you hire any external providers, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
