Feel like you're getting away for the evening while being minutes from local attractions including Hill AFB (10min), Lagoon amusement (15min), Downtown Salt Lake (30min), Salt Lake Airport (35 min), Snowbasin Resort (25 min), and so much more!

You'll have full private access to 3 large bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen, laundry and living room, as well as shared access to a spacious backyard and firepit.

We live in the upstairs so someone is home and available pretty much any time. If you're looking for suggestions on things to do, don't hesitate to ask.

Located on the East bench of Layton, we're nestled in beautiful mature trees away from the city lights, but only minutes from all the attractions. Enjoy the star gazing and the sounds of crickets all while being 30 min or less away from anything you could want to see.

Nestled between 3 highways and a short distance away from the train station, getting to any location on your agenda will be quick and easy.

Each room has outlets with USB ports by the beds just in case you forget your wall charger. Also, each TV has a roku connected allowing you to connect with your favorite streaming services. Additionally, we've provided access to a media server with over 1000 movies and thousands of songs for you to enjoy.

Comfy and cosy

Spacious place with plenty of sleeping. Helpful notes through the place. Super easy checkout process. Easy entry. Will stay here again!

Layton utah

House was in nice location. Doing alot of remodel outside, that will be very nice when completed. Apartment was good-sized, it could use a good cleaning around baseboards , were pretty dirty. But beds were clean and confee, living room kitchen area was nice. I would book again if i needed to stay in layton utah.

Good location, nice rooms and recently updated. Good bedrooms. No windows or Ventilation in Kitchen and bathrooms, so very dark at night - could use some night lights. Dryer was disconnected and lint was everywhere. Host was responsive and helpful.
