The Space:
King Suite and Large Queen room with 1 private bathroom and access to 1 shared bath in recently finished basement, located in a quiet mountainside neighborhood. You'll have access to two separate bed and bath rooms. The first is a King Suite with a private bathroom, King bed, and set of twin bunks. The second space is a large queen room with a SHARED hall bathroom, queen bed, as well as shared access to kitchen, laundry, living room, spacious backyard and firepit.

The rooms have outlets with USB ports by the beds just in case you forget your wall charger, all TVs have a roku connected allowing you to access your favorite streaming services. Additionally, we've provided access to a media server with over 1000 movies and thousands of songs for you to enjoy.

Family refused to stay.

It’s a stale basement. Some fans are not adequate for the high temperatures.

Cute little basement apartment

Property is located in a quiet residential area. The rental area is in the basement of the owner’s home. There is a separate entrance but it’s in the backyard and down a flight of cement steps. Rooms were extremely clean with the exception of a couple of spiders that made an appearance. Excellent value for the price! Dog friendly. Fully stocked shared kitchen. We had a brief but nice stay!

Only issue we had was that it was a shared basement and we had not realized that. Fortunately the renter of the third bedroom was not showing up until after the weekend. Clayton communicated great and the property itself was nice , beds were comfortable. Spacious and clean.
