Contemporary on Evergreen is a stylish and inviting one-bedroom holiday retreat located in the heart of Inverloch. Thoughtfully designed and comfortably accommodating up to four guests, it’s ideal for a romantic getaway or a small family escape.
The home features a spacious bedroom with a plush queen bed, ample storage, a reading light, and an adjoining ensuite bathroom. The ensuite includes a shower, toilet, and vanity and is accessed via the bedroom. Please note there is no door, though privacy is achieved through the home’s architectural design. A separate powder room is centrally located off the hallway, allowing access without entering the bedroom.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and essential cookware. A dedicated workspace is provided for guests combining work with leisure. In the evenings, relax by the gas fireplace, enjoy board games, watch a Blu-ray, or stream your favourite shows on the smart TV.
Families are welcome. Baby equipment including a portable cot, highchair, and change table can be made available on request prior to arrival, as these items are stored off-site.
Outside, the property offers two fenced outdoor areas/shared spaces. The front fenced area includes the shared driveway, parking spaces, and outdoor areas. And the back fully fenced area is a large, rear yard/shared space, providing a more suitable space for pets away from vehicle access if need be. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available for guest use.
Important to note:
- The property does not have air-conditioning
- A second building/garage and storage rooms are located directly opposite guest accommodation on the shared block. Access to or use of this space is not included in your holiday accommodation booking.
- The driveway, front parking area, and outdoor areas are shared spaces.
- Wi-Fi is not advertised and reliability may vary, particularly during peak seasons.
