Ideal for families, multiple families, or adult groups. Massive 815+ sq ft heated drive-through shop/garage with radiant in-floor heat — perfect for snowmobiles, ATVs, ice-fishing gear, and trailers. Huge paved driveway with parking for 12+ vehicles. Two living rooms plus an open kitchen and dining area so larger groups can spread out comfortably. Cozy radiant in-floor heating throughout the home makes January–March stays warm and comfortable.

The main floor includes two bedrooms and the primary living spaces. The second floor includes three additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Full bed and bathroom details are listed in the Rooms & Beds section.

Bring the toys — the heated shop keeps equipment warm and dry, making early mornings on the lake easy. The property is located minutes from Lake Simcoe’s Beaverton waterfront area and close to Highway 12 for simple access from the GTA or U.S. border routes.

Fresh linens and towels. Fully equipped kitchen for group meals. Starter essentials including paper towel, dish soap, garbage bags, and basic household supplies.
LARGE GROUP FRIENDLY:
With multiple living spaces, four bathrooms, and flexible sleeping arrangements, this home is designed to comfortably host larger groups without feeling crowded.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON:
A 2022 Can-Am Outlander 1000 XMR factory 2-up ATV rental may be available for guest use. Fee applies and availability is weather-dependent. Inquire before booking.
