We were beyond happy with this house. It was very clean and in a great location. The owner was very accommodating when I mentioned we were staying there for our daughters wedding and the bridal party would be getting ready there.

Lovely house with lots of walking trails around to walk our dog. Everything we needed was provided in the house. Close to St. Jacob's Market. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay here!

The house was great for our six friends to stay in while we were in town for a university reunion. It was very clean, there was lots of space with comfortable beds, lots of towels, tea, coffee, some snacks, and a beautiful backyard.

The home was very comfortable and spacious. The house was well equipped! One suggestion was to bring cards or games as there weren’t any in the home. But everything was well labeled and organized. Kitchen had everything you could need. House was clean and a playground was a short walk away! Perfect for families. We were two families who shared the home and it was plenty spacious for us all. Excellent hosts! Thank you!

Personally, did not enjoy my stay here, was staying here with my bridal party, and I found the home to be quite dirty and a little bit tired. All of the walls were scuffed, also had holes, the trim had dust & dirt everywhere. The bathtub had mold. And the home was incredibly hot upstairs.Overall, we didn’t have a great stay. We did communicate about the heat issue with the host and he did try to resolve that. However, I did find the house not very clean so my stay wasn’t very pleasant

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every check-in. The concerns described in your review do not reflect the condition of the property as confirmed during our inspections. Regarding the temperature, we responded immediately by arranging for an HVAC technician to inspect the system. At the time of the inspection, the thermostat on the main floor was maintaining 21C (70°F). The technician checked the air conditioning system, including the fan, refrigerant pressure, airflow, and temperatures at multiple supply vents throughout the home, and confirmed that the system was operating properly. Based on the inspection, the technician advised that the slightly warmer temperature upstairs was most likely due to the extreme heat wave at the time, together with the large windows and the skylight in the second-floor bathroom, rather than a malfunction of the HVAC system. We always encourage guests to let us know about any concerns during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them promptly. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable home and responsive service, as reflected in the experience of the vast majority of our guests.
