A peaceful place to stay. Welcome to "MereArihi by the beach". Offering a near new 3 bedroom comfortable retreat to relax and soak in the amazing million-dollar views.
With everything plus more for a perfect escape to relax. Wake up to birds singing, the sun rising over the ocean and unwind in the evenings with the sun setting over the cliffs.
Open plan living and a lovely patio and grass area with a large picnic table for Alfresco dining. Watching the boats go out to sea.
Enjoy this totally off-grid property, Solar energy and Gas, with rain water filtered for you.
Large smart TV with free WiFi. Board games for those rare rainy days.
A short distance to the river and beach with New Zealand's longest Wharf, where families enjoy swimming and water sports.

1 large King size bed in main room.
1 Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom.
2 Single beds in 3rd bedroom.
Chaise lounge turns into a double bed plus possibly a single for a child next to it.
Bathroom with Laundry combined, front load washer/dryer in one. Separate toilet.
The driveway is shared to the shed below, which is Leased.
Guest access
You may use the house and lawn area to the fence.
The area past the fence, with the shed, is privately leased.
There is not direct walking access to the river and beach.

This property is not suitable for pets.

Wash dirty dishes & put away.
Place rubbish in the Wheelie bins at the back door.
Ensure lights, TV, heat pump/air conditioner, fans, stove & oven are switched off.
All windows and doors closed and locked please and place key back in the lockbox and scramble the numbers.
