Enjoy you stay at this beautiful family home, situated in a quiet neighborhood, on a premium corner lot! Only 20 minutes from Barrie, get your shopping done at Tanger Outlet or enjoy the beautiful neighborhood parks. Can accommodate up to 4 parking spaces on the driveway. There are 4 large bedrooms, fully functional kitchen, large dining table, comfortable couch and TV in the family room. There is a quiet sitting room with a desk on the main level. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen size beds and separate full bathrooms, bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom. Lots of closet space in each bedroom. Perfect place to stay if you have hockey tournaments, or any sporting event, can accommodate 2 families of 4.
