This bright and welcoming apartment is designed to feel like a true home by the sea. The space features an open living and dining area where you can unwind, enjoy a meal, or plan your day. The kitchen comes fully equipped for easy cooking, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner in.
The bedroom is calm and comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep after a day at the beach or exploring the city. The bathroom is fresh and well maintained, with everything you need for a convenient stay. Large windows allow plenty of natural light, creating an airy and relaxed atmosphere throughout the apartment.
Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway, work trip, or extended stay, this apartment offers a comfortable base in one of Newcastle’s most sought-after coastal locations.
❖ Guest Access:
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, so you can settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive. Guests are welcome to use all areas of the apartment, including the living and dining space, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
The building has secure access, and you’re free to come and go as you please throughout your stay. Whether you’re heading out early for a beach walk or returning late after dinner in the city, everything is set up for an easy and comfortable stay.
❖ Other Things to Note:
✺ Check-in & check-out times are set to allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Early check-in from 12 pm or late check-out until 12 pm may be available upon request, subject to availability. A $50.00 fee applies to each option, and this must be arranged and paid for in advance. Unfortunately, same-day requests for early access can’t be accommodated.
✺ Our cancellation policy is firm, so please review it carefully before booking.
✺ We always aim to treat our guests with care and respect, and we kindly ask for the same in return. From time to time, unexpected things can come up, but if there’s ever an issue, we’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
✺ We’re a family with four young children (6 and under), so there may be times when we can’t respond immediately. That said, we’ll always get back to you as soon as we can. We also love travelling with our caravan and discovering local spots, so if you have a hidden gem or favourite place, we’d love to hear about it!
✺ Inside the apartment, you’ll find a welcome book with some of our favourite things to do, along with great places to eat and drink — be sure to check it out.
✺ Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details you need for your stay. Please take a moment to read through it, as it contains important and helpful information.
✺ Please note that we’re able to provide one set of keys per stay.

The building currently has external scaffolding in place, which may partially affect the view. All work takes place during daytime hours only and does not impact access, safety, or comfort inside the apartment. Thank you for being so understanding while these improvements are underway.
