The place was very nice, backsplash tiles, island was all done up. Quiet area, cozy couch and beds, I would stay again. The only issue i had was there was no water during my stay, so I had to check out 4 days early, and the owner refunded my money back in timely manner.
The host lied to us on numerous occasions. He told us we had the whole top floor, when we checked in were THEN told we were in the basement, he also writes the add that sounds like you get the entire property. All lies! Upon check in we put our stuff away and as it was melting quite a bit, the basement started to have water in the kitchen. I messaged the host and he didn't beleive me even after sending a few pictures. We elected NOT to stay where we would be in a watery basement. He wouldn't give us a refund and told us we had to go through VRBO. I contacted the rep that day and he said it would be a few days after they had to review the claim. We were given a full refund by Monday. Thank you VRBO and this is the first problem we have ever had with a VRBO host. Hope its the last.

I honestly feel like after they got our money, they didn’t care about us at all. We started getting a water leak, as the weather warmed up and it was continuously pouring in. My Family and I did the clean up kept putting down towels, washing the towels in the laundry room, getting more towels every couple of hours. We did contact the owner and his solution was to send his cleaner to do what we were already doing. The only way she could’ve done. It was to stay with us and keep mopping every couple of hours which was unreasonable. The water eventually seat underneath the flooring, one of the bedrooms got so saturated that every time you walked on the floor your feet got wet. It was a disaster. We did tell the owner that we were gonna have to move out early, which we did four days early. We asked him to think about giving us some sort of refund, but he never responded. Needless to say, I will never stay there again, and I will never advise anyone to stay there.
