Nice quiet home in island lakes, near St vital, St Boniface, Sagecreek.

Welcome Students and visitors! Our house is located in a very beautiful Island Lakes village, Winnipeg Manitoba. Owned by friendly mature couple with a 8 yrs old son. We host International students because we like to learn from different cultures and make lasting friendships. The bus stop is 4 mins walk and several high schools are within 20 mins commute from bus. If students plan to go to University of Winnipeg, it will take 40 mins. For University of Manitoba students, it will take about 40 mins bus ride. Each bedroom has new queen size bed, closets, study table, and chair. Rent is only $1200 per month includes: meals, internet wi-fi, water, heat, cooling, and shared laundry
