Why they chose this property
This was my first home, and I absolutely loved living in this neighbourhood. Victoria Ave is just a few minutes away, offering some fantastic local spots: Las Palapas for delicious Mexican food, Homestead Ice Cream for a sweet treat, and The Columbian for handcrafted coffee. With easy access to Broadway, 8th Street, and the downtown core, the location truly can’t be beat.
Buena Vista Park is only half a block away and features a kids’ paddling pool, playground, and lawn bowling. In the winter, the park even offers a short cross‑country ski track.
The neighbourhood is quiet and family‑oriented.
