Nice, bright apartment with south-facing balcony for 1-2 people on the 1st First floor of the domicile at the beacon
The apartment has just been extensively renovated: a new, modern kitchenette with a hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower has been installed.
The living room / bedroom has a seating area with cable TV and radio and a dining area for two people.

The house has a WiFi connection that our guests can use free of charge.

You can enjoy the sun all day long on the beautiful south-facing balcony.

Washer and dryer are in the house (coin operated devices).

Initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed. The apartment is a non-smoking domicile.

Kurzum,es war perfekt! Alles hat gepasst,die Wohnung ist echt knuffig und es war absolut alles vorhanden. Ein etwas grösserer Topf wäre noch klasse,aber das ist jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau.

Insgesamt zum Wohlfühlen

Eine kleine, feine Wohnung, absolut ausreichend für meine Tochter und mich. Sehr bequemes Sofa. Der Wlan-Empfang war ok. Wichtig fände ich eine baldige Reparatur der Bad-Türklinke, die man ständig in der Hand hat - nicht, dass sich da noch jemand einschließt. Gewünscht hätte ich mir: - einen Sichtschutz zum angrenzenden Balkon - eine Butterdose - eine Käsereibe - eine bessere Matratze - eine Fliegenklatsche 😀 Ansonsten fanden wir die Ausstattung gut und haben auch unsere Kleidung gut untergekriegt. Es war schön, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen oder morgens an dem Tischchen zu frühstücken. Uns erwartete bei Ankunft eine Flasche Sekt, sehr lieb! Die Schlüsselübergabe lief auch problemlos und wir durften schon früher in die Wohnung. Die Infos zur Hausordnung etc, die im Schrank liegen, fand ich etwas schroff formuliert, aber in Ordnung. Schwierigkeiten hatten wir, die Wohnung zu finden, da weder die genaue Adresse des Domizils noch die Nummer der Wohnung und Lage im Haus im Internet zu finden waren. Zum Glück konnte uns jemand weiterhelfen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Saubere schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal. Allerdings hört man bereits morgens früh die Personen, die draußen mit ihren Koffern zum Bahnhof laufen. Als Frühaufsteher kein Problem.

Unser Domizil am Leuchtfeuer ist fußläufig von unserem kleinen Inselbahnhof entfernt und wenn An- und Abreisen sind, kann man natürlich auch Koffer rollen hören. Ab 22 Uhr fährt in der Regel keine Bahn mehr und vor 6 Uhr morgens auch nicht. Man kann eigentlich wunderbar ruhig schlafen. Sollte es dann bahnbedingt mal etwas lauter sein, muss man vielleicht das Fenster schließen. Mein Mann und ich sind sehr viel in unserer Wohnung auf der Insel und machen es eben dann genau so. Ganz ohne Gäste und Koffer geht es leider nicht.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön (nur leider mit Feuchtigkeitsschäden) und die Lage super, die Kommunikation war freundlich und zielführend. Das Inserat war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung wohl nicht aktuell: Die Reinigungsgebühr im Inserat (50€) unterschied sich von der Gebühr in der Buchungsbestätigung (60€).

Die Endreinigungsgebühr von 60,-€ ist seit Anfang des Jahres gültig und so auch im zugeschickten Mietvertrag aufgeführt. Leider hatten wir in der Tat einen Wasserschaden, der noch zu sehen ist, da die Renovierung erst im Herbst erfolgen wird. So sind zur Zeit die getrockneten Flecken noch sichtbar.

Schönes Appartement mit Südbalkon

Das kleine Appartement hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem war der Südbalkon eine echte Bereicherung. Nah zur Dorfmitte. Das Schrankbett könnte bessere Matratzen haben, aber für ein paar Tage geht das. Badezimmer klein, aber sehr schön neu renoviert.

Wetter und Unterkunft waren, wie immer, kaum zu übertreffen… und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen… War eine sehr schöne Zeit… Sonne, Meer, Erholung, eine traumhafte Insel!!!

Inselleben ist immer wieder ganz entspannt und entschleunigt ungemein. Wangerooge ist sehr familienfreundlich, aber auch für die ältere Generation geeignet.

4 Nächte Aufenthalt Mitte September 2023

Das Apartment liegt nur wenige Meter zum Bahnhof, mit einem schönen Balkon und Ausblick ins Grüne. Es ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über ein modernes Bad und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft bestens weiter empfehlen Preis - Leistung ist ebenfalls gut!

Schöne FW mit Balkon (1 Etage, Südlage) für 2. Personen.

Gut ausgestattete, saubere FW mit Balkon (1 Etage, Südlage) ideal für 2. Personen. Fußläufig nähe Bahnhof (50 mtr.) und zur Hauptgeschäftsstraße (Zedeliusstr.) mit Bäcker, Gastronomie, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittelmärkte, Shops) alles in 5-10min erreichbar. Zur Strandpromenade und Strand 15 min. Ein Fahrradverleih (Eden's Fahrradinsel) in der Nähe um die Insel auf gut ausgebauten Fahrwegen zu erkunden. Mögl. Nachteil: Im Sommer könnte sich die FW wegen der Südlage und fehlender Klimaanlage über Tag unangenehm aufheizen !!

Kleine Auszeit

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung etwas klein. Es fehlt ein extra Schlafzimmer. Im Bad, das wirklich sehr schön und modern war, kam es leider zu unangenehme Klärgerüche in der Dusche. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt
