• Full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, sink, microwave, toaster and coffee machine
• Comfortable living area to relax after exploring with a TV and ability to stream
• Private entrance with a smart lock for your convenience
• Washer and dryer for clothing
From your doorstep, you can easily explore Marda Loop’s cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops, or head downtown in minutes.
Quick routes west also make this an excellent base for day trips to the Rocky Mountains.

FREE street parking is available right outside the home — no permits required.

• A family lives in the upper levels of the home, but your suite is fully private with its own entrance.
• The suite is dog-friendly (with an additional fee). An off-leash dog park nearby offers beautiful views of downtown — a great spot if you’re traveling with pets. Fee es per pet. If you have more than one pet please let us know.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Towels: Place used towels on the bathrooms floor
Trash: Please garbage bags at the bottom of the stairs (bathroom trash and kitchen)
Dishes: Please wash all dishes. If you can put them away, we'd appreciate. If not, dishes on drying rack is perfectly fine.
Lights: Please turn off all lights, TV and space heaters
Lock up: Please make sure the door is fully closed and locked when you leave
Return the key to the lockbox (if applicable) and scramble the code.
Please let us know when you're out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
