Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

We provide 2 apartment keys and 2 key cards by default. If you would like a third set of keys, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes.
