Wouldn't recommend using Village Realty to book a trip. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, we arrived at 5pm to find it uncleared. Pool was filthy and the pool area was a complete mess, all sinks were clogged, AC was in the blink for 2 days, dryer stopped working, and house wasn't cleaned well because it was a rush job. Communication was pitiful, they would not answer the phone but would text you each time that a ticket has been opened. I was told a supervisor on call would return my messages on Wednesday and have yet to receive a call.
