The space features a king bed, queen bed, twin beds, and deck furniture perfect for families or groups. With 2.5 bathrooms, guests enjoy convenience and privacy throughout their stay. The house offers a soothing atmosphere where you can relax after a day of exploring around the island or on the water out your back door. Experience what Key West has to offer with a stay at our enjoyable house. With advance notice we can accommodate your boat (2’ draft or less ) up to 27’ on our private dock. Relax on your private dock watching the sunset over the Historic Seaplane Basin where the first Pan Am flight took off on the first international commercial flight to Cuba. By City Ordinance it is a minimum of 28 nights. One dog may be allowed on a case by case basis.

Why they chose this property

Gulfview Pt.is a unique waterfront gated community with only 25 residences. The common area is beautifully maintained with private covered parking. We are close to all that you need yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Old town is a 15 bike ride or 3 minute drive. Our little neighborhood is a secret little gem that is tucked away. Most residents are permanent or seasonal. We are respectful of our neighbors privacy, which in turn allows our guests to enjoy our island like a local.

There are few places in Key West where you can relax in the heated or chilled. Pool with a cocktail in hand and watch an unobstructed view across the open water as the Sunset sets over Fleming Key. It is your own private piece of paradise that allows you to dock your boat just out back door. Casa Cayo is a well laid out home with quality furnishings. The indoors flows seamlessly to the beautiful outdoors with pool deck and observation dock.
