Tiny Studio

Enjoy a truly unforgettable space with brand new furniture and appliances. Bright, classy and charming, you won't want to leave this gorgeous studio. Small design custom kitchen with all necessities. Get an amazing rest with hotel bedding and rolled towels. Cook your own good food in the home kitchen. Brand new washer and dryer inside studio.
This place was designed with love for your comfort and stay.

The Space:
-This Studio was completed at the end of June 2020. This studio was designed by a local architect, Jonathan Soo.
- You will have a private apartment studio for your own.
- It’s located 2 miles fromCitrus College, Azusa Pacific University and 10 minutes fromCity of Hope.
- All appliances brand new in the unit.
- There’s a washer and dryer and we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for our guest.
- Smart TV
- Coffee maker with Folgers Classic Roast and coffee creamer.
- There is a lock box as you enter the gate and there is a keyless entry smart lock
- One parking space in driveway, no street parking at night, only on weekends
- This unit is following VRBO enhanced cleaning recommendations due to COVID-19. That includes washing duvets covers, mattress protectors and blankets in between guest and sanitizing all surfaces, among other things.
- My goal is to provide the best customer service and I look forward to hosting you!!

A four digital numerical code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Used this code to lock and unlock during your stay. You will receive a video of parking instructions and opening gate and main door unit.

Very nice comfortable stay while traveling around the area. The hosts were accommodating and the place had everything we needed for our couple nights stay. Appreciated the coffee to go cups when we left early to head to the national parks the last morning. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Clean little place

It’s very clean and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Having access to the pool for us was great. Kitchen area is small but works well, bathroom was confortable and very clean. Bed was really confortable and have a washer and dryer helped us get back home with some cleaning laundry after a few nights stay.

My stay at this studio was so delightful! This space is very functional for a tiny studio. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. Everything was perfect, check in went very smooth, this space is spic and span clean. The bathroom was spacious, I had everythingI needed in the kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable! Patricia is a great host as well! I give this place 5 stars!
