Prior to confirming the booking, I asked about heating as it is middle of Winter in Christchurch and we were traveling from Queensland Australia for a funeral.Upon our arrival on Friday night, we were welcomed with an overflowing rubbish bin directly next to the back door that we had key access to.Upon entering the property, we switched on the two only heat pumps one located in the hall and one in the dining area. No heating in either the 2 lounges or the 3 bedrooms.The hallway one worked fine but the other unit did not operate on Heat.I notified the management first up Saturday morning and after nothing in return, but we apologize for the situation and continually said that someone would attend to look at the unit day after day it was obvious that there was no one being sent.They did drop off 2 small oil heaters on Saturday night which were completely useless in a 3-bedroom open plan house. Our stay was for 5 nights. The property was of a good standard and a shame the owners are paying for a management group that clearly no not care about their guests or the owner's best interests.
