The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave all used towels in the bathtub with the bathroom fan switched ON. Put all dirty linens in a general area on the floor. (Please DO NOT start the washer for any sheets/towels)
Switch OFF all lights, A/C, stove, oven and TV prior to departure. Please close all the windows & patio doors. Switch bathroom fans to ON
Pick up any trash and discard any leftover food. Please take out the trash with you when you go! Accidents happen, so let us know immediately if anything breaks, gets broken, or needs replacing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Registered guests only, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of people in the units around you! Keep noise at a reasonable level.
Strata Bylaws apply to this building. Any actions by guests resulting in fines will be the sole responsibility of the guest and paid by guest.
NO smoking, vaping or any drug use whether legal or illegal. Any damage or special cleaning caused/needed by these actions are at guest’s expense.
