Welcome to Derby City! Come home to a restful oasis in our charming, safe, quiet Highlands neighborhood. Sparkling clean, beautifully, renovated 3 BR 1 BA home. 2 King Beds, 1 single, new gourmet kitchen, two living areas, large smart TV, electric fireplace, front porch. Close to I-264, all area hospitals, the track, and Bardstown Rd. restaurants/bars.
We have thought of everything for you! Thoughtful touches include blackout blinds, air purifiers, fans, 100% hi-count cotton bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen with commercial gas range. The 3rd bedroom is shotgun style; you walk through it to get to the 2nd King bedroom on the upper level.
