The space
The upper unit of the duplex space is clean, private purposely created for airbnb guest. Main entrance is shared with the lower unit occupant downstairs but you will have your private door for your own unit upstairs.
Guest access
Free street parking available, washer and dryer is just a few steps down from the main entrance, new stackable LG washer and dryer is shared with the lower unit in the basement, if it is occupied. Unit upstairs is self check in with lock box left just outside the door with code sent a day before you check in.
Other things to note
Main entrance is shared in the lower unit if its booked, you have a private locked entrance for your unit. You can reach me 24 hours, I'm just a text or phone call away.
