Perfect location for our son’s college baseball games. Very quiet area and property was clean. Many restaurants and stores close by. Easy communication for booking. Garage is nice but too small for even our small rental, remote didn’t work. Some small additions would make the stay even better: towel racks in bathrooms, larger coffee pot (it’s cute). The coffee table was broken so we moved it off to the side and the TV remote needs replaced as 1/2 the buttons didn’t work. All in all..a great stay and would stay again.

A lovely house in what is ordinarily a beautiful area of Orlando. There’s supermarkets and restaurants all within a very short drive. Trash collection was painless and taken daily from the front porch bin store. House itself is spacious, clean and relatively modern. There’s ample parking by way of a driveway or a remote control accessed garage leading into the kitchen of the house. We replaced the TV remote so it’s no longer broken ;) It definitely needs a kettle though!The house also has a good quality washer and dryer to keep your clothes and bedsheets clean throughout. Couple of minor points - there’s no information pack for the house. You have access to the community pool by the Paradise Grille which is beautiful and a five minute walk from the back door of the house (note you need to take the access fob which is on the dresser by the front door). Only minor downside - for some reason, the AC goes off in the early hours of the morning so the house temperature really goes up. There didn’t seem to be any way to fix this and the host was unresponsive via VRBO which was a shame. Other minor downside - the I4 ramps at Champions Gate are a hot mess right now because of ongoing roadworks. Prepare to queue for 30 minutes sometimes. It was easier/quicker to go via the 27 and 192 most days.
