Vaucluse is known for its stunning harbour and ocean views, leafy streets and quiet residential feel. The area blends relaxed seaside charm with elegant homes and boutique apartment blocks set amid lush greenery and scenic reserves. Several small beaches and coves, including Parsley Bay and Kutti Beach, are within walking distance, offering easy access to water and coastal walks. Parks, cafés and local village amenities are nearby, and Watsons Bay and Rose Bay are just a short stroll or drive away. The suburb’s location provides a balance of tranquil coastal living while remaining convenient to Sydney’s city centre.
Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING.
There is a strict NO smoking policy for this apartment and building.
Guests cannot under any circumstances smoke in my apartment or in any common areas of the building. If the smoke alarm is activated by the guest by any means other than a bonafide emergency, the fire brigade will be automatically advised and will attend to the building. There is a fee of $1,375.00 from NSW Fire Brigades for each fire truck that attends the property. This fee will be payable by the guest should it be a false alarm.
NO PARTIES,
A new code of conduct from NSW Fair Trading says that if complaints are received from my neighbours about parties you can be banned for five years from Airbnb also fines of $550 can be issued. Please NO PARTIES.
Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules are subject to suspension or removal from Airbnb’s platform.
During your stay in my listing, I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government's Code of Conduct for the short-term rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the code of conduct, You also agree to:
- Treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
- Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and
- Follow my House Rules.
