About this property
Nashville townhome near the Parthenon, sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms
Summary:
Book this Nashville townhome on VRBO for a family reunion, work trip, or friends' getaway close to the Parthenon and Centennial Park. Four bedrooms and twelve beds mean every generation of the group gets a real bed, not a spot on the couch.
• Sleeps 12: 4 bedrooms and 12 beds for the whole group
• Bathrooms: 4 full baths so mornings do not turn into a line
• Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen with island seating for four
• Living space: Open-concept living and dining area for shared meals
• Location: Minutes from Centennial Park, the Parthenon, and Broadway honky-tonks
The Space:
This VRBO listing keeps a big Nashville trip simple: one reservation, one modern townhome, and enough room that nobody has to split into separate places. Four bedrooms and twelve beds are split across two floors, giving multiple families or a mixed group of friends their own corner of the house while still sharing one address.
The main floor centers on a grey sectional, a dining table set for the group, and a kitchen with a large island, bar stools, and a Music City sign overhead, the kind of open layout that keeps the cook in the conversation.
Upstairs, the bedrooms each have their own character: a king suite with a private bathroom and balcony access, a room with stacked beds against a bright pink wall, and another with stacked beds under a yellow accent wall.
Spend the day at Centennial Park or the Parthenon, come back for a group dinner at the kitchen island, then let the kids wind down in front of the living room TV while the adults talk it out on the sectional.

Great property overall, very clean, good location, great communication with host. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Only thing I would recommend for improvement would be the cooking utensils were slightly limited if trying to cook and the coffee pot didn't work. Would overall highly recommend this property.

Hey Chris, you're right to wonder about the kitchen setup for longer stays, and I'm grateful you gave us 5 stars while mentioning those gaps. It sounds like the beds and the location really worked for you despite the coffee pot failing and the utensil drawer being sparse. I'm checking the coffee machine now and looking at how we can better stock the kitchen for guests who prefer to cook. We'd love to host you again.
Thanks,
Steve from Misfit Homes
