This sophisticated four-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers generous space and an unbeatable location, just a short stroll from Cowes Beach, the main street, boutique shops and renowned restaurants. Leave the car in the driveway and enjoy everything on foot.



Inside, the home features three spacious living zones, each equipped with a Smart TV, making it ideal for families or groups wanting room to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and flows seamlessly into the large dining area.



Open the dining room doors to a private outdoor entertaining space, complete with BBQ and outdoor setting — perfect for relaxed meals after a day at the beach.



The garage is only available for MOTO GP.



Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The property does not take schoolies bookings. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, or parent. If the accompanying adult or parent is not present we have the right to evict without refund.
