Welcome to the Bosaryn, a singular architect's house where you can instantly forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Behind an exterior reminiscent of a mountain chalet hides a contemporary, bright and warm interior, designed as a real place to live.

The Bosaryn offers a large living space perfectly arranged, combining a loft spirit and a cocooning atmosphere. The large living room is organized around an open American-style kitchen, ideal for cooking, exchanging and sharing good times around the central bar

The Bosaryn has:
• Two comfortable bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a top-of-the-range bedding set with a "palace" mattress and mattress topper worthy of the luxury hotel industry
• A sofa bed with a real mattress, guaranteeing quality sleep
• A functional and pleasant bathroom

For a larger group, a 7th person can be accommodated thanks to comfortable inflatable mattresses, available in the living room.

A true signature of the Bosaryn, the garden brings a rare feeling of calm and privacy.
The house is also extended by a veranda / winter garden bathed in Equipped with an antique fireplace, perfect for winter evenings or cooler end of the day.

📍 Ideal location

Just 2 minutes walk from metro line 8 (Liberté station), The Bosaryn allows you to quickly reach the heart of Paris while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment.
You can also enjoy the woods of Vincennes and its Daumesnil lake at the end of my street as well as a relaxation and sports park for the youngest 1 minute walk away.

Paid parking is available 10 meters from the house, on request.

💲Additional costs possible

• Mandatory cleaning: 60€ per stay for a full cleaning before and after your stay / loan and cleaning of sheets and towels.

• Fees above 4 and up to 6: €30 per tenant per night for the 5th and 6th person.

• Optional parking: €20/day for a covered and secure parking lot on the street with an additional charging option for electric vehicles. (Parking in the > area at 50€ per day)
