Where will I be?

Ohana Oasis is nestled just a few streets from Easts Beach, a peaceful, family-friendly spot only a ten-minute walk away with gentle, rolling waves. Kiama town and its charming harbour are just a short drive from the property. Step out the back gate and begin the famous Kiama Coastal Walk right from your doorstep. This breathtaking 6-kilometre trail winds along dramatic cliff tops, past Werri Lagoon, and on to Werri Beach and Gerringong, offering sweeping ocean views throughout.

How is the property laid out?

Ohana Oasis is a two storey home. On the first floor you have the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge that opens onto the large entertainers deck. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The master, with a king bed, has an ensuite with a shower and toilet, while the three queen bedrooms share the main bathroom with a bath, shower and separate toilet. There is a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

What about outdoors?

The backyard is designed for effortless coastal living, with a lawn perfect for outdoor games and relaxed afternoons in the sun. An entertainer’s deck with drinks fridges keeps refreshments close at hand, while the outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes rinsing off after the beach a breeze. The lawn backs onto a peaceful grass reserve with a direct path down to the beach.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Ohana Oasis has ducted reverse cycle ducted to the bedrooms, and a split system in the living room for year round comfort. The home can also be opened up to catch the sea breeze in the summer.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats, etc

There is off street, open air parking for two cars. The garage is not available to guests.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

WiFi, internet, Netflix or pay tv - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

There is a Smart TV in the living area, please BYO streaming service log ins.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
