The home offers three large bedrooms, all with built in robes and comfortably suits families or groups. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third includes two king single beds, ideal for children or friends travelling together.
There are two full bathrooms plus a powder room, ensuring convenience for longer stays or shared mornings. Secure off street parking compliments the ease of staying in this home.

Inside, an expansive living and dining area centres around a warm gas-log fireplace, while ducted heating and cooling in every bedroom keeps the home comfortable year-round. A second traditional formal lounge room overlooks the park for quiet mornings and evenings and is perfect for people requiring the extra space. The Miele kitchen with butler’s pantry is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, flowing seamlessly to a completely private garden sanctuary — perfect for indoor-outdoor living, long lunches or relaxed evenings.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

To help protect the flooring, we kindly ask guests not to wear stiletto or high-heeled shoes inside the property.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
