There was a really musty smell. Even in the bed linens and towels but especially on the sofa.

For context, this reservation followed a stay at our property the previous week. Our security camera footage confirms that your party entered the property approximately 18 hours before the scheduled check-in time, without prior communication or authorization for early access. Following your departure, our cleaning team reported that the toilet had been left unflushed and provided photographic documentation. We remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable property and providing a positive experience for our guests.
