Our condo is in a great location, close to the beach, without charging you beachfront prices. It takes a 3-minute walk to the beach and is right next door to the water park. Our condo is 1/4 mile south of the Causeway Bridge, which is convenient when you need to zip over to the mainland to run an errand or for an adventure off the Island. We love the time we spend here on the Island, and we hope you will, too!
POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-This vacation home does NOT allow pets.
-The property has a Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance. It records video and audio of the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
-Age Restriction for Renters – Per HOA restrictions, renters must be 25 years or older to rent a vacation home
