Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash out to the bins. Recycle please put in the bins loosely. No plastic bags in the recycling.
Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.

Beach week

Excellent property in a wonderful location. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Plus plenty of room in the apartment in case anyone wanted to stay in. Jim was a very accommodating and fantastic host. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great House

Great house right of the boardwalk. Close to all of our favorite restaurants and bars. Very clean and well kept. Love the rooftop deck. All of us had a blast.

Perfect for us

This is where we will be staying whenever we come to town. It's right across the street from the beach and boardwalk, we had 4 decks to choose from, the furniture and beds were comfortable, it was very modern and Jim was a pleasure to deal with. A+++

Property was great. Our issue is location - very loud into the late evening and issues in parking lot at 3am…Awakened two nights by cars racing engines and people yelling at 3am! Noises that all of us thought were gunshots! one night.

Absolutely Amazing!

The house was clean and very roomy. The bedrooms were great and we enjoyed our private patios. The location was also perfect for us. We enjoyed being so close to the boardwalk and so many restaurants/bars. James’ communication was great. Anytime we needed anything, he replied right away. If we ever come back to the Shore, we will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location to beach

The condo was very nice with two rooftops that overlook the entire ocean. My only recommendation is anybody with very young children might want to double think this. It’s catty corner to the Beachcomer and on Friday and Saturday and even Thursday, they pay loud music with loud bands and/or DJ’s until 2 AM. Luckily that didn’t bother us.

Wonderful location and apartment

You cannot beat the location if you want to be mere steps from the boardwalk and beach at Seaside Heights. Jim was extremely attentive to all our needs and questions and the apartment had tons of towels. We had an issue with the dryer that stopped working but Jim had it fixed in less than a day. Beds were very comfortable too. The patio outside was also really great when we wanted to eat outside or just sit outside and watch the Wednesday fireworks - amazing view! It does get loud at night during weekends but we brought a white noise machine with us and it really did the trick if things got too loud. Loved our stay!

Nice accommodation but a bit sparse. Owner great to work with. Only suggestions are to obtain sheets and mattress pads that actually fit the beds. It is very uncomfortable to have balled up sheets and pads under you every night. Washer and dryer dont work. Provide dish soap and dish towels.

Expectations exceeded

I’ve stayed at several properties over the years for a quick weekend getaway, and this one by far was the best & exceeded my expectations. Two balconies on the upper level both having great views of the ocean with lots of seating for entertaining or just relaxing and taking in the sights. The master bedroom and bath are absolutely beautiful. All the rooms are quite impressive . Couldn’t ask for a better location just steps from the boardwalk and relaxation on the beach. No trouble finding food since everything was right there in walking distance. There’s also a beautiful kitchen with a dining table that we all sat at comfortably for breakfast one morning . I was greeted with warm smiles and hellos by nearly everyone I encountered on my morning walks. James is also a pleasant guy & great host. When I needed to reach him , he responded quickly. My family & I had a such a wonderful time. We’ll be back !

Great location with plenty of room!

We had a great vacation while staying at this condo! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was steps from the beach and boardwalk. Tons of food options in walking distance. Comes with beach passes to make trips to the beach even easier. Two large balconies with great views of the boardwalk and ocean. Plenty of rooms and space for everyone. Three bathrooms so you never need to wait. We plan on staying again in the future!

The Best Location on the Jersey Shore

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were a group of 6 with two couples and two young kids. The unit is on the top floor and has multiple balconies with direct views of the beach, boardwalk and BeachComber bar. The food vendors and bars are steps away from the property. The 4 beach passes are a plus. The access to multiple BBQs is awesome including the small BBQ on the top balcony. Seaside Heights is very versatile and offers activities for families, singles, and everything in between. Highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Jersey Shore for the first time or repeat offenders.

Clean and modern with great location

We stayed at Jim’s condo in August and were very satisfied with both the location and the condo itself. The condo was very clean and modern. We really enjoyed the roof top deck, especially for viewing Wednesday night fireworks. Jim was very helpful and responsive and provided us with guidance and even some coupons for free drinks at the bar/restaurant on the corner next to the property. We found it very easy to access both the beach and boardwalk as this property was less than a block from the boardwalk entrance. There was some music that could be heard from the bar next door at night but we found it enjoyable to listen from the roof top deck and it did not hinder either the adults or kids from falling asleep. Please note that this is a third floor unit and there are two flights of stairs to climb with no elevator so may not be appropriate for parties with mobility issues. We would definitely recommend this property and enjoyed our stay.

First time at the shore

The house was great! It's new, clean and the property manager was very nice. The only slight issue was the noise. It's across the st. From a popular bar on the weekend. However, it did make for some awesome people watching.
