Unsatisfactory
Upon arrival to our stay there was no information about simple things like how to get into the apartment and we had to make multiple calls to the owner to find out how to get in. They did not respond quickly to messages about the laundry or rubbish services which were necessary for our stay. Rubbish bins were 1km away and the washing machine did not spin our clothes so they were dripping wet! When we arrived there was not even a whole roll of toilet paper, no rubbish bags, no soap or dishwasher cleaning blocks. We had to pay extra $ for basic sheets and towels which were included on their website. This had to be sorted last minute to ensure we had sheets and towels for our stay. When we arrived the beds weren’t even made and we had to make our own beds. After we left we received nasty messages about us leaving towels on the floor (they were dirty) …then they wanted to charge us a cleaning fee!!! very disappointing. However the view is beautiful from the apartment window and heating worked well.
