A notre arrivée, grande surprise le chalet donne sur le parking du plan d'eau de praz sur arly (voitures garées à 5 mètres de la terrasse) gros manque de transparence du propriétaire qui savait très bien que le terrain en face du chalet servait de parking. La terrasse est plein sud mais il n'y a pas de parasol ( 2 transats dont un cassé)donc il faut attendre le soir pour en profiter car entre le soleil , le vis a vis-à-vis du parking et la poussière soulevée par les voitures c'était compliqué. Sinon le chalet est confortable, bien équipé, la propreté est moyenne ma femme a du refaire le frigo et la salle de bain à notre arrivée.Pour finir la région est superbe mais je ne recommanderai pas ce logement si vous cherchez le calme de la montagne.Je précise que c'est la première fois que je suis obligé de mettre un avis négatif malgré nos nombreux voyages ...

Bonjour monsieur. Comme je vous l'ai dit la mairie nous a imposé ce parking l'été dernier en nous disant que celui ci était provisoire et que l'année suivante il ne serait plus lá car il était prévu un autre parking pour l'été suivant. J'ai donc découvert comme vous que le parking était toujours là début juillet (2026) lorsque je suis venu pour tailler les haies et défricher le jardin. C'est donc la mairie de Praz qui nous a menti, j'étais moi même très énnervé, devais-je vous appeler le 14 juillet pour vous dire de ne pas venir parce que que la mairie n'avait pas tenu sa promesse? Se pleindre maintenant que le chalet est sale pour une trace bleue dûe à l'utilisation de ajax poudre pour laver les carreaux, et quelque trace de calcaire sur le robinet ... Je n'utiliserai plus ajax poudre voilà tout. Je vous prie gentiment de retirer ce commentaire svp et de ne pas revenir si notre chalet ne vous plaît pas, nous faisont de notre mieux croyez moi. merci.

Chalet Praz sur Arly

Chalet bien situé à proximité de l'étang, des aires de jeux et accrobranche. Le chalet est spacieux, très bien équipé et bien isolé. Attention, le terrain situé en face est le point de départ de 3 montgolfières dès 7h30! Donc pas besoin de reveil!

Trés confortable chalet

Séjour en famille très agréable, chalet très bien entretenu et complet au niveau équipement. Ne manque que le linge de maison. Accés facile, entre Praz sur Arly et mégère, à 300 m d’intermarché. Sans voisin immédiats. Spectaculaire départ des mongolfières devant le chalet tous les matins. 3 véritables chambres + un lit double sur la mezzanine. Nous retenons l’adresse.
