Appartement sans une ferme savoyarde typique . Environnement avec jardin et vue très agréable . L'appartement est situé au dessus de Praz sur Arly ( cote assez raide de 2 km ) . Régulation du chauffage central avec sonde extérieure qui peut surprendre lorsqu'on a l'habitude d'utiliser un thermostat d'ambiance . Espace intérieur agréable avec des pièces de vie et une entrée correctes .
