The house was amazing. Just as listed: Farm House Charm. We loved the big dining room table; the kitchen has all updated appliances. There is more than enough space for everyone to spread out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all updated and very comfortable. We used the outdoor furniture and fire pit every day and night. We had a family reunion in the area, but this would be perfect for the wedding venue, just 1 mile or less down the street. As great as the house is, Demi, the host, was even better. I rent a bunch of houses; she is by far the best. Her communication was top-notch; she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. You will not go wrong with this rental. Our family reunion is yearly, and we will be staying here each year we return.
