Unique One Bedroom with VIP Terrace in Yonge & Eglinton and 5 minutes to Subway

Great property in Yonge and Eglinton Area, fully furnished, available until the first week of June. It is a very spacious two bedroom ( only one bedroom rented, the second is locked ) two full bathrooms and a very spacious terrace with BBQ. This property can only be rented for a minimum of 28 days, preferably I would give a discount if somebody interested to rent from remainder of March until first week of June. There is a gym in the building basement and it is in proximity to all the best that Yonge and Eglinton can offer.
