IMPORTANT
The Aquatika Homeowners Association (HOA) requires all guests to wear a wristband at all times. There's a mandatory one-time fee of $12 per guest including infants, which is not included in the reservation and is solely imposed by the HOA, not the host. The host doesn't benefit from this fee.

As hosts, we'll cover the wristband fee initially. Nevertheless, guests must settle the fee prior to check-in. The payment method will be determined mutually between the guest and the host.

Strict No Smoking Policy
To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke or cigarette odor is detected. Please note that any violation will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Wristband Fee Notice
Per community rules, there is a one-time $12 wristband fee per guest, required for access to amenities. This charge is not included in your VRBO reservation and will be collected separately.
