Girls Trip

It was a fun girls trip for us.. The whole condo was amazing, comfortable, and clean! It was quick and easy getting to the pool and the beach. Complementary chairs and umbrella was a nice treat and simple to add another set. The views from the balcony were amazing each morning while having our coffee!! Thank you and we look forward to staying there again!!

Condo was beautiful with adequate supplies provided to get you through your stay. 3 king beds with one facing the ocean & balcony access. Parking was amazing and easy to find a spot which we have not always experienced staying other places. Overall I would stay here again!

We loved staying here! The room was extremely clean, had everything we needed and more.

The condo was perfect for our three families. Plenty of space and very clean. The beds slept great and the amenities were top notch. The local restaurants were all very good and never waited in line to eat anywhere. The beach service was immaculate, always checking in on us throughout the day and taking our trash. Overall best beach trip we’ve had as a family! Thank you for making it perfect.

Beautiful condo!! Perfect for families!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the ocean views were stunning. Check in was easy and owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating and caring. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had four adults and three children (7, 7, and 5) and had plenty of room. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back again! Check out was simple, too. Everything is as described and as pictured- you’ll be very happy to have stayed here!

When we arrived there was relaxing music playing and everything looked so clean and updated. We had six adults & 3 young children we were all very comfortable. The bed in the master was Awesome. Didn’t have any problems it was just Beautiful and we all had a Great time!!

Family vacation 2025

This condo was perfect for our family! We had 6 adults and 3 toddlers. It was perfect since we were 3 families wanting to stay together. Really enjoyed how we each had a king size bed and bathroom. Beautiful view! Not as crowded as the busier beaches. We weee able to get front row chairs every day. The pool was a nice addition as well. Be careful with little ones and the front door as there is no way to lock it from the inside. We put a chair in front because these toddlers are sneaky. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful family location

We had a wonderful vacation with our family at this condo and the location. We loved the condo’s three king suites for our three families and the addition of twin pull outs was such a bonus. Those fit easily into the big master and the second one we just had to enter and exit thru the bathroom which was no big deal and offered that family more privacy. The whole condo was family friendly and we enjoyed the pool and the balcony. Condo had everything you could want- regular and k cup coffee pots and a insta pot for steaming seafood. We also highly recommend

AMAZING CONDO AND LOCATION!

We booked this for our Spring Break and were shocked to still find it available! The property manager was so personable and awesome with communication! The renovation in this condo was perfect! Flooring, quartz countertops, bathrooms were all amazing! I am VERY particular about cleanliness and it was great! Sheets, bathrooms and floors! Location is beach front so it made it so easy to get the kids back and forth daily. Also comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella and adding additional chairs is super easy and only $10/chair. Location is central to activities and an easy drive into Destin! We would for sure stay again!

Perfect location and condo for a larger family.

We had three families in our condo for our five night stay. Each family had their own rooms and own bathrooms which provided everyone their own space and privacy which was HUGE to us. The living area and kitchen were the perfect entertaining space and just as shown on the listing. The condo is just an elevator ride and quick walk through the condo buildings pool area to get to the beach. The condo was also very clean upon arrival and even came with all the basic starter supplies like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. All three families agreed that we would book this condo again. No one had any complaints.

The place was very clean, nice view, only complaint is that there were 3 bathrooms with a total of 3 washcloths..ONE per restroom, that’s it. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, no dish detergent for washing pots in sink. There were 2 or 4 tabs for the dishwasher. Not a huge deal, just wish we had known ahead of time to bring extra towels/washcloths. Also, there weren’t enough king size bedding. All bedrooms have a king bed that are very comfortable but one was unmade, had only the mattress protector/pad thing. Otherwise, it was a great stay, board games to play, nice view of ocean and pool area.

I'd stay here again!

We had a very precocious 2 year old who managed to open the front door and make it to the elevator and press the button before we could snag him. There was no way to lock the door to keep this from happening again. We put a chair in front of the door when he was there, but that meant if anyone needed to leave someone had to put the chair back. Or if someone came back someone had to.let them in. Front door definitely needs child proofed. Also there was no way to lock the balcony door. And we had people smoking on adjacent balconies. We had a person that is allergic to cigarette smoke and were under the impression the whole complex was smoke free. Other than that the stay was perfect. Everyone in our party said they would definitely rent this condo again! It was decorated so homey and beachy. It was very comfortable. A wonderful place to stay.

Amazing condo but awful beach service

Condo itself is amazing! Unit is clean and roomy! If you have young children be aware that the beach service isn’t great and we were given the run around the whole time and told one thing by one guy and then something different from another one of the guys. They were never on the same page and it’s hard when you have a 7 month old and a 3 and 6 year old to have to move chairs several times a day! Overall our stay was ok!

Amazing beach front condo

We would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean and updated. The host was very attentive and helped answer any questions we had along the way. A random person was knocking on our door and our host was quick to check the video doorbell and advise who it was. We were very impressed with the quick response. We would highly recommend this property!

Alarms!!

The fire alarm in one of the bedrooms would go off every time the shower was used, which would trigger the other alarms to go off. It was very annoying. That went on for the first two days and then the third day they were doing building maintenance which caused alarms to go off all day. We are experiencing alarm fatigue!! We also had trouble with getting the cabana boys to reserve chairs. They were not very friendly and made the same way more complicated than it should. When you are traveling with six kids it is kind of essential to have chairs to put your stuff. Also there were some very cranky owners who did not appreciate children being on “their beach”. If you come with a large party definitely bring more trash bags but the publix is super close and very convenient. We ended up having to drive everywhere we wanted to go but I think a party that didn’t have such small children could’ve easily walked places.

Great location

The condo was super. Great Gulf views. Every bedroom has a king sized bed and it’s own bathroom. The condo felt itself felt very modern as all the appliances were new. We would definitely stay here again. If I absolutely had to nitpick a problem, I would say the cleanliness of the elevator could have been a little better. Overall, an excellent condo and we will definitely stay again.
