You will have your own private pool and home however within the Pacifico Gated Community are large community lazy river pools and hot tub that can be enjoyed by anyone staying within the Pacifico Grounds.
Also access to a beach club at extra cost.

Warm your toes in the coco-sand beaches of Playas del Coco or take a dip in the ocean as the Beach Club is magnificently positioned in the middle of the bay’s crescent shaped beach surrounded by glorious rain forest mountains for which Costa Rica is so well-known.
This two-story architectural delight of coastal design features a 60 seat air-conditioned restaurant and bar. Sun worshipers can dine poolside or on the beach-front lawn with snack and refreshment services at their beck and call. The Beach Club also features pools that extend forever, it seems, into the far recesses of the ocean. Cabanas offer a haven from the sun while oversize chaise lounges and sun beds are the perfect place for a mid-afternoon siesta.

Please note: Non-registered guests into Pacifico community are not permitted and violates the rental agreement and you are at risk of being removed from the property. We have to register all guests to each home in this community. You cannot have visitors without them being registered in the property. You will show your ID upon arrival and receive a blue card for access to come and go but new guests will need to show ID. This a very respectable home and loved by all our guests. We hope you respect it like we do.

Other things to note
Please note that Pacifico Gated Community is a well appointed, private and one of the nicest communities in Costa Rica. We do require prior to arrival and during your stay all guests that are staying in the home or visiting the home for your name. You will need to show your ID or Passport at the gate upon arrival. It is a requirement of the community and the home for your protection. There are cameras for your protection throughout the community as well as the permitters of the home that are filming but no one has access to those unless there is a violation to the house or our guests in any way. It is not review or viewed during. your stay but it is for the protection of all parties. We respect our guests greatly and as you can see in the reviews, the stays have been very pleasant. There are no cameras inside the house and there is no way to see inside the house. We do ask in respect to the house that you abide by our community rules and house rules to make sure that all guests are registered in the system. We do not allow any guest to attempt to bring a person through the gates unregistered. There is someone always available to assist you with visitors. We are a full concierge service and love the home like you will love it when you visit. You will find it peaceful, loving and breathtaking. Nothing short of pure paradise!
