We had a great stay and really appreciated how easy everything felt from start to finish. Communication with the owner was excellent and genuinely welcoming. It felt more like renting from a friend than going through a typical booking. The condo was very clean and had all the basics that we needed for our stay. The beds were nice and comfy which is always a major plus after a long day of city activities. The unit is well-suited for smaller groups looking for a convenient home base in the city. We had six people in our party who felt comfortable throughout our stay. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus. Street parking in the area has some weekday restrictions, and we saw a few cars get ticketed during the week. It was nice not having to worry about that!The metro is about a 12–15 minute walk (or maybe 10-12 minutes if you are a brisk walker). Regardles, it was easy to get to. We ended up using scooters and bikes quite a bit, which made getting around faster and was honestly a more fun way for our group to explore. There are also several bus stops along the route to the metro station.Overall, a really positive experience with a great host and a clean, well-located place to stay. We’d definitely recommend it to others visiting D.C.!
