One of the few Paniolo Hale units within steps to the beach! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, & Wrap Around Lanai with Ocean Views

Our spacious, ocean-view townhouse is only steps from Kepuhi Beach. This 2000 sq ft townhouse feels more like a beach home with its generous living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, single-bed/couch in living room, and wrap-around lanai. Our townhouse is a lovely space for two people who just want a little extra room, yet also large enough to accommodate up to 5 people with ample room to relax. Beautiful French doors open the entire downstairs up to a 500 sq. ft. screened lanai - the ultimate space for dining or just basking in the breeze and enjoying the spectacular views of Kaiaka Rock. This Paniolo Hale townhouse makes optimal use of the panoramic lanai views with an open-air floor plan. Our hale has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator, ice-maker, filtered drinking water, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc. Our townhouse is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Wake up every morning on a comfortable king-size bed to the gentle sea breeze through the open French doors. Breathe in the fresh ocean air and listen as Mother Nature pounds her waves onto the Kepuhi Beach. The downstairs bedroom has a King size bed and an adjoining full bathroom making for a convenient and comfortable stay. You’ll also find a comfortable Queen size bed upstairs plus a single bed, with amazing ocean and garden views. A full-size bathroom is also located directly adjacent to the upstairs bedroom. Our charming townhouse is nicely furnished with a dining table, living room seating area, and an extra pune'e (single bed/couch) in the living room.

Paniolo Hale offers a beautiful pool & BBQ area for your enjoyment. Take a short walk North to Make Horse Beach, or venture only minutes south to Papohaku Beach, the longest white sand beach in Hawaii, where sometimes the only people on the beach are you.

Molokai is known as 'The Friendly Isle.' It is also considered the most Hawaiian island. Literally, step back in time 50 years. You will not find traffic lights, elevators, malls, glitz, or nightlife here. If you're looking for a rural place for relaxation, snorkeling, beautiful ocean views, quiet beaches, and old Hawaii, you'll find it at our condo. Some say 'Only on Molokai', we say 'Always on Molokai’. Come visit and find out why.

Away from the crowds

Peaceful perfection

Everything about this property was just right for us. Spending a week on Molokai was the best part of our trip to Hawaii. It is a long way from home, but I would be delighted to return to this lovely, quiet little island, especially if it includes another stay at this property.

Relaxing Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at Poniolo Hale. The unit was very well stocked with kitchen appliances and nice furnishings. The screened in porch and large lanai added some much appreciated, very comfortable living space. The beaches within walking distance were very enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, this unit is one of the best condos we have had the pleasure of staying at in Hawaii.

The grounds are beautiful and well tended. The condo is very comfortable with screened verandas. Molokai is hawaii at a slower pace.

Moloka’i Magic

This was our first time to Moloka’i and it is just outstanding. Pristine, private beaches that you will share with more seals and turtles than humans. If you are after golf and restaurants this is not your place. We liked our unit so much that we extended our stay until the next guests arrived. The owners were excellent to work with on that!

We loved staying at this sweet condo… can’t beat the location, just a stone’s throw from an absolutely gorgeous beach and the condo has everything you could need. Our arrival time changed and the host was great at adjusting our check in so we weren’t hanging out in town, waiting several hours to check in. Five big stars… perfect quiet place to celebrate my 60th.

Wonderful condo near the beach

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 13 and 10) stayed at the condo for 5 nights. We had a wonderful time. The location is the condo is perfect and we loved being able to walk to my husband's favorite beach on Molokai, Make Horse. The condo is well stocked with appliances and other needed supplies so that was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Molokai Hale

The whole process was easy. Everything was great, the updated kitchen was perfect. I really appreciated the fragrance free laundry detergent and eco friendly soaps provided. the beds were comfortable, the view is awesome, and there is nothing like going to sleep listening to the ocean. I look forward to staying in your beautiful Hale again in the near future.

Lazy friends week

The home is beautiful as is the location, you are on the most beautiful beaches of the island. We literally drove every mile of paved road on the island and did not see anywhere we would have rather Ed stay. We ate in on the beautiful escreened in porch for 2 meals a day and tried a new restaurant for the other. We read other reviews that there is no ac in the house (not allowed by the condo association) and it was hotter than we prefer but hey, we were in Molokai, can’t complain. The owners have provided eveything you could need from a ton of fans to beach coolers, coffee grinders, board games etc. A very nice place to stay.

Lovely peaceful location

The hale (house) was beautiful and well-equipped with a lovely lanai (veranda). It was a short walk to two beautiful beaches. The kitchen had everything and more that you could need, and there were great “extras” in the closets - beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment. The stay was peaceful and restful. The hosts replied quickly to any concerns that we had. I would highly recommend this property!

Molokai Magic

Everything we could imagine was provided in the house. The screen-in covered porch on two sides opened to inside with floor to ceiling bifold doors. The porch offered a choice of chairs or hammock and was a great place to relax with sound of surf or even gentle rain. We ate all our meals on the porch.

Great getaway

Everything was as advertised we had ever thing we needed. Only compaint was the downstair bed sheets where not clean, no big deal since we had a washer. The bedroom doors did not open as they where getting repaired. Over all we where very happy and it's a great location close to the ocean.

Why they chose this property

We are building a farm and retreat on 44 acres of remote farm land a few miles from Paniolo Hale. Our home allows us to come to visit once a month to tend to the orchard we are planting. It is a beautiful place to recharge and enjoy the ocean and sunsets with very few people around us. We love it!!

What makes this property unique

A very popular surfing beach with excellent diving and snorkeling. (In Hawaii, always ask the locals and be aware of water conditions, especially in the Winter). Kepuhi beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole state, without the crowds of people you find on other Hawaii beaches.
