Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels, slippers and robes in the hallway hamper. Sorry the slipper and robes are for use in the suite only and are reusable.
We recycle. There is small blue container under the sink for cans and bottles. Cardboard without food can be recycled a well.
Please ensure door is locked upon exciting the suite. You need to push the lock button on the keypad once the door is closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a beautiful new area of Saskatoon. Its close to amenities and I Iook forward to seeing the neighborhood grow. I love the quietness of my surroundings and yet I'm still close to any area of Saskatoon that I need to go to.

What makes this property unique

I have a beautifully decorated private entrance, 2 bedroom cozy basement suite that was just completed in January 2026. Cleanliness, comfort and relaxation is my main focus for your visit. I have several comfort items in the suite that also helps promote this, (example - heated mattress pads.)
