Kids—and kids at heart—will love the arcade machine featuring 10 classic games, while the spacious yard offers plenty of room to play and enjoy the outdoors.

Sleeping Accommodations
Master Suite
The spacious master suite features a luxurious king-size bed surrounded by a custom-built bookshelf, creating a cozy and unique retreat. A large double-door closet provides plenty of storage, while the private bathroom with a tub and shower offers added comfort and convenience. A Smart TV mounted on a swivel arm allows you to enjoy your favorite shows from anywhere in the room.

Octopus Room
The Octopus Room offers a comfortable king-size bed beneath a beautiful exposed beam ceiling that adds warmth and coastal character. It's the perfect place to relax after a day on the water.

Surf Room
Perfect for families, the Surf Room features a queen bed along with a custom-built bunk offering two twin mattresses on a shared platform. A large closet provides plenty of storage, and the Smart TV makes it easy to wind down with a movie after a fun-filled day.

Bait Shop Room
One of the home's most unique spaces, the Bait Shop Room features a custom-built queen bed with a charming bait-shop-themed twin loft bunk above. Front windows overlook the queen bed and can be closed for added privacy. A swivel-mounted Smart TV and generous storage complete this one-of-a-kind room.

Bathrooms
In addition to the private master bath, two full hallway bathrooms are conveniently located to serve the three guest bedrooms, making it easy for everyone to get ready for a day at the beach.

Laundry Room
For your convenience, the home includes a full-size washer and dryer. You'll also find two twin rollaway beds available if additional sleeping arrangements are needed.
