Relax on the balcony overlooking San Juan Del Sur bay and Cristo de la Misericordia, from the hammock or rocking chairs, nestled next to the forest.
Casa Iguana Morada features a master bedroom with a King size bed, air conditioning, a private full bathroom with a hot water shower, double sinks, and a large double sided closet with storage.
The second bedroom features two Queen beds, with air conditioning, a flatscreen tv, a full bathroom with double sinks, a large double sided closet, and a private balcony with exceptional views.
Upstairs is an open concept, vaulted ceiling living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a large flatscreen tv, and a full bathroom. Off of the living room is the balcony with one of the best views in town, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and catch the most incredible sunsets every evening!
Cool off at either the large lap pool or family pool and enjoy a cold beverage from the bistro, just a two minute walk from the house.
