The lovely apartment "Seute Deern" (Sweet Girl) in. 1 Upstairs has a spacious living room, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony. The living area includes a fitted kitchen, a breakfast bar and dining table. "Seute Deern" is adjacent to the Lighthouse of Timmendorf in a quiet location. From the living room and balcony you can enjoy the beautiful views of the harbor of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea with its waterway. The belonging to the apartment parking space is located next to the house.
In about 2 minutes you can reach the most beautiful and in the summer and monitored by the DLRG beach of Wismar Region. He falls off very slowly into the sea, so that even children can swim safely.
The need for a perfect beach holiday businesses (restaurants, bistro, bakery, newspapers, beach equipment, ice cream) and a mini golf course can be found in the immediate vicinity and a bike rental service in about 1 km distance. Two supermarkets are in the adjacent parish village in the center of the island.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit wundervollem Blick in Richtung Hafen und sehr nahe am Strand und Spielplatz. Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine hervorragende Ausstattung, teilweise besser als in anderen wo ich bisher war. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Platz wurde super genutzt. Das vorhandene Infomaterial im Schrank bietet zudem noch ein paar Ideen den Tag zu gestalten mit Ausflügen oder Restaurants, einfach toll. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermietung für die tolle Unterkunft und die positive Erfahrung über dieses Portal, ich war zuerst ein wenig zögernd da die Bezahlung leider nur mit Kreditkarte möglich ist, Überweisung oder PayPal wäre auch eine Option die man anbieten könnte. :)

Kurzurlaub im Winter

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und mit viel Sinn fürs Praktische, sowie Liebe zu kleinen Details mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den Blick auf den Hafen während der Mahlzeiten. Darüber hinaus ist Poel für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber im Winter sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Eine schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Hafen, Strand und Gastronomie. Der Ausblick auf den Leuchtturm ist völlig frei. Leider ist der "perfekte Ausblick auf den Hafen" nicht gegeben, da ein einzelner Baum auf der Wiese vor dem Balkon und ein Strauch am Leuchtturm-Gebäude mittlerweile so stark gewachsen sind, dass der Ausblick fast vollständig vom Grün verstellt ist.

Wir haben ein super schönes spontanes Wochenende hier verbringen dürfen. Abends der Blick auf den beleuchteten Leuchtturm , morgens beim Frühstück der Blick auf die Ostsee.....einfach Wunderschön. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier. Die Wohnung ist in einem super Zustand, alles da was man braucht und sauber 👍 Vielen Dank an die nette Vermieterin hat alles super und unkompliziert geklappt👍

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Blick auf den Hafen und den Leuchtturm . Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles was man braucht für Sonnen- und auch Regentage. Es wurde sogar an Regenschirme gedacht und einen Begrüßungssekt mit Snack!! Super Lage. Bis zum Strand und Einkaufsmeile nur wenige Schritte. Ruhiges Haus mit eigenem Parkplatz und Fahrradkeller. Sehr sympathische Verwalterin. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese auch wieder mieten.

Unvergleichlicher Ausblick

Wir sind bereits zum fünften Mal in der "Seute Deern" zu Gast und haben wie immer den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben uns die unvergleichliche Balkonaussicht auf den Timmendorfer Hafen und die Wismarer Bucht. Wir kommen wieder!
