Greenly Beach House is a beautifully renovated double story house, situated 100 metres from the beach and Coffin Bay"s oyster trail.
Placed peacefully amongst the gum trees, the beach house has stunning panoramic views across the bay. The upper deck features an outdoor barbecue and large outdoor lounge - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, watch the surrounding wildlife, or enjoy a drink as the sun sets in the evening. Upstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, dining seating for 8 guests, spacious lounge area with TV, bathroom, reverse cycle heating and cooling and a wood fire for the cooler months. The downstairs area is very spacious, with an additional family room and TV and second bathroom.
Outside the property features a large lawned area, beautiful garden and outdoor dining setting. The property contains a fish cleaning station and has plenty of room for several cars and boats for the fishing enthusiasts. All bedding and bathroom towels are included with this accommodation.
Pets are welcome to join you on your holiday at Greenly Beach House, but must remain outside.
